The view is amazing, heavenly and perfect to chill. I replied in english but the waiter did not compute , luckly i had someone that spoke german to order. The food was average, i ordered a goulash and it had the taste like it was...from a can. The beed chunks were too chewy and too big. It was supposed to be hot/spicy but it was mild at best. The bread was not the freshest i’d seen but good enough. Overall the price wasn’t the corect one for what we were given and the plating wasn’t practical. The icecream is good so do all the deserts they have. For a tourist place the waiter should learn some english

and nice children's playground. One can enjoy above than average regional meals like trout or styrian beef. Also very recommanded are the deserts which are locally produced. Its especially enjoyable to sit outdoors on a warm sunny afternoon and look over the Almen and lake...while drinking a beer. Also with children who can use the playground. My favourite restaurant in the whole area. Nice walks in the vicinity! Give it a try

I had the menu of the day which came with soup (beef consume) and a main dish of schnitzel made from pork. It came with steamed vegetables and fried potatoes. My wife had fresh trout with steamed vegetables. Both were very good. But better was...the cappuccino after lunch while looking at the view of the lake and the hills around the area

We stopped at this venue only for a coffee. It is beautifully situated with a great view, in the quiet countryside. The Service was good and we enjoyed the short stay. The area is lovely and worth a drive in the country
