one of my favorite places to relax after a long day. the eating is good (except the desserts seem bought) drinks are not watered, personal are friendly. the seating is comfortable. never had to wait long for a table and I don't feel too fast. they have many screens to see the game or they can sit in the back from the TV show. a thing that I would add to improve besides desserts is expresso, latte, cappuccino, mocha. the salate, tacos, meerrote ahi thunfisch are some of my favorite dishes.
hubby and I went to our high-time dinner. we were so happy with everything about the experience! I had the kansas city stripes, grilled medium rare, with pesto brussel, and yukon gold potatoes. hubby had meat dew (not your usual meat dew! ribeye, sirloin and chuck meat-leather, french fried twill-potter, grilled spargel, yum. the kansas city strip was cooked to perfection. in the mouth melted everyone was amazing. definitiw come back here!
Hotel elevator advertisement: 6 beers $12, 12 wings $12. Asked for the wings and was told it was a $24 dollar special, not a $12 or $12. Advised shift manager and hotel staff of the deception. Please remove the advertisement, correct the offer, or honor the elevator poster without question. Granted it doesn't say houlihan's, but since there's no one else in the hotel that serves beer and wings, it's implied. Yes, there was a game on.
I went last night to Houlihan’s for dinner, i ordered the chicken Alfredo and my wife the mini slider burgers. The Alfredo was great however a very small portion, the slider burgers were not the best i’ve had before. Bread and burger quality did not feel top notch. eating was amazing. all have deleted their plate. the drinks had a lot of alcohol! server was very nice, but it took a bit too long to order and it wasn't a complete house. I'd rather get all the meal together, but it was exaggerated delivery. I am sorry that no picture of my burger, it looked so good. I immediately dropped the camera and started eating!
The food was decent and the service was okay. The cauliflower is tossed in a garlic aioli that would be much better as a dip instead. The mushrooms are a bit bland, but a great concept. There is carry out and room service, but it’s quicker if you go downstairs. I’d probably never go back.
Located at the Holiday Inn San Francisco Airport in South San Francisco is the Houlihan restaurant. One positive aspect of dining here is that parking is complimentary, which is convenient for guests.
