Had a HORRIBLE experience here tonight. Disappointing would be understatement. Waited over an hour for our food and when it was still not at the table asked the waitress (actually had to find another waiter to find her) to just go ahead and cancel it as we had plans we had to go to. She showed up 5 minutes later and said the food was ready now. I said no thank you we really do have plans we have to get to now. Please bring the check. As we have now been at the table for over and hour and have had 1 beer and 1 wine and the stale bread they brought to the table. We are locals and spontaneously decided to stop here for lunch. We had no idea what we were in for! Apparently they do brunch 1st Sunday of the month and typically need reservations but they were able to squeeze our party of 2 in right away. The service was amazing and the food was delicious, fresh, from scratch, homemade southern goodnesssss!We ordered spinach artichoke dip with tortilla chips as appetizer and it might have been the best I've ever had. It’s a great place to go, they usually have a band out front outside dining. The inside didn’t have any air conditioning the night we were there, or if they did, it sure wasn’t working. It was 92 at 8pm. Our server either had too many tables or was interested in another table more than ours. I’m from Louisiana so Gumbo is everyone’s own interpretation. But our waiter assured us the check was from New Orleans. Well, it’s a gumbo, and it’s O K. Yup, that’s it. One of our favorite places to go in Tarpon springs. You always get a really friendly wait staff. The food is delicious.You definitely need to make a reservation if you're going on the weekends.I Find this place to be a little loud. There's usually a band outside on the weekends and they do pipe the music inside. But even when there's not a band, the inside is just loud. This place is amazing! I've dined here several times and pushed myself to try dishes I wouldn't normally choose, and I ended up loving everything. Tonight, my son and I had the tacos, which were the best and most unique I've ever tasted. I've traveled extensively throughout the United States and Mexico, sampling tacos everywhere I go, and these are by far my favorites. HOURS has become our family's new go-to spot. The staff is fantastic, and the food deserves a five-star rating!

I loved everything about this restaurant! I went there for an anniversary dinner over the weekend, and I was truly impressed. The food was authentic Creole cuisine prepared perfectly. I believe the menu changes daily as well. Our server, Joe, was delightful and very efficient—absolutely wonderful service. I highly recommend giving this place a try. Five stars aren't enough!

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant on a Saturday evening. The food, service, and ambiance on the front patio were all exceptional. There was also a nice band playing. Our server was outstanding and offered great recommendations. I tried the half chicken jambalaya and the grilled oysters, both of which were delicious. I will definitely be back!

Went here on a Saturday night last weekend. What a great cajun place the food was delicious and the old fashions were great. I will definitely go back again.
