us.We were ordered 8 dishes and when we recieved our order, we saw the portions were exceptionally large, we thought nothing of it, but asked a staff member to be sure. They said that it was normal portions, and as sent a dish back as it was way too much, and others near us had significantly less portions than us.When we asked for the bill, we were flabbergasted to realise that our bill was over 300 DOLLARS, for a Dim Sum LUNCH!When we spoke to the manager, she kept lying and saying that the price was for one portion, which was clearly a sham as our neighbouring tables had much smaller portions. She then agreed to drop it down to 70$, which was reasonable, and shows that they tried to take adv...

If you are reading this, I hope you have not eaten here yet in order to save yourself. Please heed all the negative reviews and consider dining elsewhere! If you do decide to dine here, be sure to ask for the prices of each item as the picture menu does not list prices, which may result in a surprising total bill at the end. The pricing signs are only in Chinese. We ordered 2 items and it cost us $17!! I wish I had read the reviews before dining here, but we saw a line and assumed it would be great food - unfortunately, it was not. The pot stickers were decent, but seemed like they had been sitting out for a while. We also ordered the BBQ pork rice noodles, which they said needed to be cooke...

The lady at the front will overcharge you on prices. For example, she charged $6.00 for 4 dumplings when they were supposed to be $1.50 each or $3.50 for 3. She also charged $4.50 for shrimp rice noodles that were labeled as $3.50. When questioned, she claimed that the prices were different for dine-in customers, even though these prices were not posted anywhere. She also tries to trick you into buying more by giving you 4 of each item unless you specify otherwise. This way, she can argue that the prices are different when you purchase more. I wouldn't be surprised if she increased the price of other items as well, like the wonton noodle soup which was charged at $13.50, when it's only $...

Never again. So far, This is the worst Chinese restaurant in San Francisco. From the overwhelmed staff to the tight space, it was a terrible atmosphere. We waited for half an hour until we could not wait anymore and had to leave since we were pressed for time. I just wanted a Chinese dessert, but we had to go to somewhere completely different to get it. For the food, I cannot tell you if the food is any good since we never had any. From the reviews that I have read, it looks like the food is good but the prices are not, especially for what they are serving. There was a line inside to order I do not know if it was for dine-in or for take out) and diners were packed closely together, so there... Reserva una mesa ahora

The food was cold and premade sitting under a heating lamp that did not heat. The orange chicken tasted rotten, very, very poor quality of food. I don’t understand the high ratings. The ladies were very nice and smiley, but that doesn’t get me good food. My husband and I both ended up getting sick that evening with stomach issues. I have been enjoying dim sum for many years, I can tell you it is not supposed to taste like it did at this place. We ended up giving it to the pigeons on the outside patio. And super expensive for the low quality!!!

Food was mid, service was bad, they totally ripped us off. We had discussed the food portions with the server. But when the food came, the portions were large. We didn’t think of it because we were starving. Once the bill came, it was $300. They definitely charge a different price for tourists. They over charged and scammed us. I don’t recommend coming here, there are far more nicer and cheaper places in chinatown.

STAY. AWAY. NASTIEST dim sum ever.Dumplings were starchy and stale. Soup dumplings were dry. Hair in the orange chicken. Definitely not fresh. Way overpriced. We left it all, didn 't touch it after a couple bites. The lady behind the counter says my friend my fried trying to push you to buy more than you want. This should be your first queue to get the heck outta there.

Yummy. A must visit to treat your tastebuds with a variety of flavors. Seating outdoor, indoor and on the loft ...so plenty of food choices the space to quietly take it all in. Reserva una mesa ahora

The food at this restaurant was excellent! We couldn't resist digging in before snapping any pictures. The prices fall somewhere between moderate and high.
