When the server admits and blames her poor service and "lack of attention" on the area that we were sitting, we knew we were not in for the most pleasant experience.Although the first dish came out quickly, we waited for the 2nd and 3rd to arrive. Our spring rolls were forgotten and when we reminded them, and they finally arrived they were not what we ordered and inedible. No water refills. Cans of pop left on the table, barely a smile from the server. We felt like we were an inconvenience.Food was ok. Glad we tried it. Maybe stick with takeout... If there is a next time.

I'm part Chinese and have been raised on REAL Chinese food. This is the real deal! Whenever I'm in the area, this is where I eat. Great food, great service, the owner is nearly always on site and one of the hardest working women I know. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Food is always yummy and piping hot. Décor in restaurant is dated and there is no ambience at all...but the food is great and I often get take out with my friends finished off with a fun fortune cookie message of course.

General Tao Chicken spicy and good, FABULOUS Chicken Balls ,Spicy version of Singapore Noodle, great for take out , and or small in-house dining with friendly,efficient table service

Wonderful, friendly staff. The food is always good and take out is always 15-20 mins from time of ordering. Excellent chinese food for the carleton place area
