Well the food is amazing I went there with my coworker The atmosphere is cold the way the tables are just give a cold feeling of the place it's like park benches that wiggles. I don't go there for the looks I go there for the food... The prices are reasonable I like their house Pad the soups are great I tried over 6 different items from the menu, let me tell not one has disappointed me ... and I am a picky eater . So the staff is nice the husband and the wife both seems very loving ... I will definitely go back to try more things... one thing don't ever get glass or water the water has a scent and tast terrible! I mean it get a bottle water or water with no ice, also take out is a better idea heheheh , that's the only tips I can give you I hope that was helpful
I raved about this wonderful place in a previous review. The food is still good. However, success seems to have imbued the staff with the wrong attitude. Packaging is getting sloppy. Last three times we had a takeout, the soup spilled inside its plastic bag, Beef Kapow sauce poured out and made everything soggy; the fresh rolls just fell apart (we ate them with a fork and knife on a plate).When we brought up the issue with the staff, they blamed us for mishandling the food... when it had never happened before. Too bad, arrogance often sinks a business.
If you have any taste buds that long for cuisine that is authentic and surprisingly cheap you've found your Mecca!!! The staff is not Thai... but the wonderful happiness which can be classified as food is:):):) WARNING!!! Closed sun/mon :(/(:( Whenever we stay the weekend at the Windsor casino we definitely frequent The House of Pad Thai... they have bench tables for dining in but definitely a take out destination:) Bon appetite!
My husband and I are in the middle of moving, tired and hungry and not looking forward to take out as it usually is so disappointing. We both wanted pad Thai. Sometimes I feel it's better to go to bed hungry then have horrible take out.House of pad Thai is amazing. We both got pad Thai and it was great, and a huge serving as well!! Not a long wait and super friendly staff!!!! Worth the visit!
