I come here regularity with my partner, they have excellent service and food NORMALLY which is why I was so disappointed because I organized an event here with my family and friends for a birthday and Houston’s let me and then down… this particular visit was the worst experience I’ve ever had with birthday parties event.On Friday august 4th I had a reservation for 17 people, we all ordered our drinks and the drinks took about 30 mins to be served, okay whatever. It was long but we got them and we drank.We ordered our food, and the food took almost 2 1 2 3 hours for our food and some of our friends to have their food arrive.We got to this restaurant at 7:30 and we just ate our appetizers at 9...
No English menus when I was there, which was a problem. I'm not sure that I would even call this place a restaurant, but a bar that serves food. Two buddies and I had dinner here and we all had the same conclusion, THE KEG is a lot better and quite a bit less expensive. Our steaks had obviously been previously frozen, not fresh meat. The side dishes were okay, just okay. Another thing that I took notice of, is that the entire staff are all young kids and not very professional. Also, I was constantly swatting at flies while I was eating inside the restaurant. There are a lot of improvements that could be made at this establishment, it has a nice atmosphere but lacking in so many other aspects...
Horrible management and customer service. Booked a large group of 35 people. We're forced to pay $50 set meal. 2 people ordered drink, but don't wish to go for $50 set, instead wish to order appetizer or something light. Manager and servers asked them to leave the restaurant as they're not ordering the $50 set. The rest of the group waited 1.5hr to get our food served. All were starving and my steak came dry and burnt.Horrendous experience! The group spent over 3k but the manager cheap on picking on 2 people not ordering the set. We'll NEVER go back to this place. Disgusting to hear the manager asked the client to leave.
The food and service was amazing. I had a waiter named Nathaniel, best waiter I ever had. He’s polite, friendly and really sympathetic. His service was outstanding. I also met the owner Danny and wow he’s impressive. He pays attention to his clients, accepts all constructive criticism and looks for great solutions to improve on the services. He’s an amazing guy, and it was an honour to meet him. Cheers Danny, You are the best!! I wish for you great success!! You were a great host and this evening will forever be remembered . ?.

Great weekend atmosphere, nice decor, fun vibe! I had the best spinach dip ever (Trempette Artichaut Epinard) highly recommended?Also, côtes levées style louisane (bbq ribs) was good; and finally the burger houston was just ok not as fresh as expected. I am sure it would be better some other daysAlthough no drinks menu other than wine and limited cocktails; they have whiskey (had Glenfiddich) and draught beer.Still.. The dip was just perfection!
0 Star, I come in at 2:50pm. The waitress didn’t offer any drinks or talk to us. Just left the glass of water and left. Ok. 3:26pm. No order taken, no drinks ask. A group of 3 guys arrive, the same waitress got them their beers. Came back for their order. While we here waiting for her to come. The restaurant wasn’t busy, there’s only 4 table outside.I will never come back.
Do yourself a favour and avoid this restaurant Horrible service they only come take your order and then dont ask if the food is enjoyable or if your satisfied or if you need anything! Aside from service the food is simply not good dont know what kind of chefs they have but not impressed at alll especially for the
Wonderful night celebrating a birthday. We were a big group of 10. Food was excellent. Service was excellent. Music and Ambience was excellent. Highly recommend if you want a fun place to celebrate a special event!Special thanks to Dory for making sure everything was 5 stars!! Highly recommend!

The food was good enough, the portions are a bit small, but I didn't feel robbed.The service was great, the waitress was very nice and helpful and refilled our water in time.The music was a bit loud, but being on the terrasse outside in the evening is worth it.
To name your restaurant Houston it is an insult for all Texans if in the menu you don't have anything from the Texas menu.Very nice inside, nice people and atmosphere...brutal expensive!
