If you find yourself in Edinburgh, this restaurant is a must-visit. We opted for the three-course set menu and found that the catch of the day came at a small additional cost. Every dish we had was absolutely delicious! The staff were friendly and attentive, and the restaurant is beautifully decorated. The sticky toffee pudding was a personal favorite and is a definite must-try if you have room for dessert. Despite arriving 10 minutes early for our reservation and finding the restaurant not yet open, they graciously seated us and provided water, which we greatly appreciated after a long morning of exploring the city. One of the places with best quality-price ratio that I had the chance to visit in Edinburgh. I went for the 3 course menu and ate the haggis, the salmon and the banoffee, for a total of 19.95£. I liked the starter and the main course the most (the dessert was still good). The place is central and close to many of the touristic attractions of the city. The local is beautiful. The service was great and very fast despite the place was really full! I recommend it! Make sure you make a reservation if you are interested in visiting.
We had more people in our party than we had originally booked for, but we were quickly accommodated. The food was excellent, although not the spiciest, but understandable given the size of our group. The restaurant was very busy and therefore noisy, requiring us to raise our voices to be heard across the table. Despite the busyness, the service was fast and the prices were reasonable, especially considering the current circumstances. We would definitely return to this restaurant.
Our visit was to mark a very special occasion and we could not have picked a better venue to do that. The table was ready when we arrived. The atmosphere in the restaurant was lovely. The music wasn’t too loud and there was a constant hum of conversation as people enjoyed their delicious meals. The servers were very attentive. The food and wine were exceptional. Our first visit there, but it most definitely won’t be the last.

Had an amazing dinner, delicious starters and a stunning main course. The staff couldn’t be more helpful either, even calling a taxi for us when we asked for a local cab number. Only shame is that we were only in Edinburgh on a trip otherwise we would be booking another table there soon!
A must come restaurant when u are in Edinburgh! Delicious Scottish food, big portions and at lunch they have an offer for two plates or 3 plates! The haggis are delicious so the salmon and the fish! Also the banoffi pie was terrific.
A highly recommended Scottish restaurant. Each of us has ordered a 3 courses meal. The pan roasted salmon is a must order item, the skin is crispy and the meat is very tender! The sticky toffee pudding is also outstanding.
Fab restaurant, we had a 2 course lunch for £16.95 and the food was brilliant! The restaurant was extremely busy, with no spare tables so booking is a must. Orders came out quickly and the food was extremely good!

This amazing restaurant in Scotland is perfect for couples or families. The atmosphere is fantastic and romantic. Be sure to try the Venison Haunch, it's the best dish I've ever had in Scotland.
