We?ve been here a few times since opening, and unfortunately, as said by another review, the food and service has progressively gone downhill. I?m not one to usually leave bad reviews, as I also work in a largely service based industry and understand howdifficult finding quality staff members is, but management should be made aware of what is happening. We placed a phone orderat 6:02 PM tonight, asked how long the wait would be (as we had plans later on) and were told that it would take 10-15 minutes.We arrived at the restaurant at 6:15 PM, only to be told by the cashier that our ticket had never been actually printed and thatit would be out shortly. Annoying but mistakes happen. There were two customers ahead of us, who also had clearly ordered aheadof time and had been waiting for some time. There were three staff members (the cashier and two cooks) who were clearly verypreoccupied doing other things (on their phones, joking around with one another, taking pictures of family members who weredining in the restaurant). We watched several times as one of the cooks handled other things (their cellphone, hug theircoworker, ran their hand over the countertops and their hair) without changing gloves before directly handling the chicken withtheir hands. Maybe I just never paid attention before (as it never took 25 minutes to prepare two chicken sandwiches) but itdoes seem incredibly unsanitary to prepare chicken on one side of the kitchen and use your hands to transport the chicken to theother side of the kitchen to prep it. We did not receive our food until 6:55 PM- 53 minutes after initially ordering and 30minutes waiting in the restaurant. The two customers in front of us waited almost the same period, none of us had big orders.Our food sat on the counter for several moments until we got up to just take the to go containers and the cashier then startedbagging it up for us. Once we got home, the disappointment only grew. Both sandwiches were extremely o
