We came here for dinner on a Friday night with seven friends. The restaurant was full, very noisy and we found our conversation sometimes difficult to hear. Our orders were taken quickly, however it took a while for our meals to arrive, quite understandable given how busy the night was. They looked fabulous when they arrived - huge serves and every dish tasted great. The girls loved that each meal was overloaded with veggies. I had the pan-fried salmon and couldn't fault it. We were all too full to order cake and coffee.
Make sure you have a second glance at the menu as there is a lot going on. So many choices which provide layers for you to indulge your tastebuds as required :) Plenty of lighter healthy options too for those who want taste but not the waist :) Could easily come back several times and not be bored.Coffee and service great too. Prices on par with other good breakfast venues and better value than some.There is a park down the side lane nearby with plenty of car parking less than 60m away.
I took a group of 10 to lunch at the Hub recently. Staff were great, smiling and helpful with so many varied orders and dietary issues. Everyone enjoyed themselves. The food was excellent and for a change, rather than the vegetables being just an extra as happens at so many places, at the Hub they were really good, tasty, well cooked and just a plate of the vegetables would have been a treat. Every member of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Have to go back again.
Good food, good service and good pricing, an excellent combination.I have been here for lunch and dinner, but most recently for breakfast. On this occasion, as with the other times, our party were not disappointed.We had the big breakfast, we had eggs benny with bacon and also the pork. One of our party does not eat eggs, but was able to substitute mushrooms. Coffee was good, as was the juices and .... Yes will go back again, any of the meal times are good.

This was the first time my husband and I have eaten at The Hub. The staff are friendly and quick to order(it wasn't too busy). The food was tasty and would be willing to go back to try either lunch or dinner. It is a good size of a cafe a couple of different seating areas to choose from. Worth a try
We went for breakfast, as we had eaten breakfast there about a year ago and thoroughly enjoyed it, however this time we were very disappointed. Staff were friendly, however coffee was average and both of our breakfasts were unfortunately not great. Not horrible just very average.
We had dinner here on Friday night, service was impeccable, food was delicious, the menu is extensive and we'll be back to try some of the other menu items.

Just called in for coffee and cake. Coffee was good which is a nice surprise. Lots of food to stay and eat for. Close to the city as well.
Dined here with my mother tonightwas sat next to a loud party group while many tables were reserved in quiet areas.
