This is my favourite sushi restaurant in the Thornhill area.The Service:The service is always fantastic at the restaurant when I dine in or order take out.The Food:At this location they can make the best gluten and dairy free aburi pressed salmon roll. I’ve tried it at other restaurants but this one is by far the best and it tastes fancy like the rolls my friends and family would order but it accommodates my intolerances.The Ambiance:The ambiance is ok. Lots of vegetarian, veggie, vegan, plant-based options! (hitting all the keywords for people searching online). Tasty, fresh, well proportioned and arranged. The service was friendly and attentive. This place was pretty busy in the evening and I can see why. I'm providing some photos of the menu during our visit in April of 2023, which shows many of the veg items.Vegetarian options: Wide variety of sushi rolls and salads, tempura, and a few combos that are vegetarian or vegan.

Great food, quick service, cozy cool ambiance.They have many options for vegetarians, which is really good. We tried some of them, delicious! We had some friends who were trying sushi for the first time, they really enjoyed it so we actually ended up ordering more. Definitely good place if you want to get stuffed. If you like quality over quantity, you won’t like it. Very average tasting food and mostly win people’s heart by the quantity. Liked their salad. Sushi and roll average. The rolls are too big with the rice cooked far from perfection. Sushi rice cooked too much and very mushy. It’s just okay, fast food quality.

Ordered from Skip. I hadn't ordered from Hub in a couple of years, this meal is definitely a notch above how I remembered their food. This was the best maguro (red tuna) sashimi I've had recently and the ohsinko was such a nice addition to their spicy salmon rolls. The food was on point and the take out presentation was lovely. I would definitely recommend

Awesome food, great service, wide selection. Restaurant is also very clean. The prices are very fair. Overall it's a great little japanese restaurant.Parking: Parking is free and there is almost always a parking spot available.

Do not buy from here, ordered lunch roll combo (18pcs) had the crab meat checked in add ingredients for all my rolls. What I got was, all 18pcs of sushi that only had crab meat, rice and seaweed. Terrible experience.
