After we ordered the nice bolognese, we made sure that the nudels are al dente. the waiter assured us this, of course they would be al dente. when that came, we were given a kind of bread from boiled noodles. also of sweetness was hardly a trace to see, only a few turbulent carrots in a (finish) tomato sauce. my recording in this hotel was really great, friendly welcome me was shown some in the hotel and the room is really great. in the morning the rooms are made and hand towels are also changed. the breakfast is very selection of müsli to see and eier, sort different brot and roll. there is also the possibility to book half a rent. prices can always be used between 8€ on value (available on info table outside.) almost all rooms can also be conveniently used for cyclists. in the room is still on tw with up to 14 channels per terrestrial reception. overnight prices depend on the season. for me the second time an island always likes to.
Wir haben von unserem Wohnort aus das Silvestermenue bestellt und heute am Silvesterabend auch gegessen. Dieses gelieferte Menue war sein Geld (99, € einfach nicht wert. Die Portionen waren sehr sehr übersichtlich. Beim Fischgericht war der Blumenkohl verbrannt und der Fisch war unfachmännisch gebraten. Das war vor genau zwei Jahren alles viel besser. Heute ist eigentlich nur die freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung zu loben. Schade wir hatten uns das anders vorgestellt! Kein Renommee für solch ein gutes Hotel!
hubertusklause try to use a lot of regional eating as they say in their menu. the restaurant is quite large and busy in the evening. it takes some time to get dinge, still, the service is friendly. they have three vegan starters, three main and two desserts. I had the burger who tastes like a burger, or something I like personally. it came with very good pommes. Unfortunately, this didn't leave a place for dessert.

15 Minuten, bis man Getränke bestellen kann, ist definitiv zu lang. Entrecote in der Dicke eines 5-Minuten-Steaks finde ich für 30 Euro sehr happig. Die Pommes waren, wie aus dem Backofen. Da kann man auf Juist für das Geld anderweitig besser essen. Toilette war wie vor 50 Jahren und nicht sauber. Bitte öfter auch mal zwischendurch reinigen. Schade. Hatte deutlich mehr erwartet. Das Ambiente ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber auch das hat irgendwie seinen Charme. Der Fisch war hervorragend und alle Extras (Salat statt Kartoffeln usw. wurden problemlos berücksichtigt. Preislich total angemessen. Fast alle Portionen gibt es in groß und klein, was ich super finde, da muss nix zurückgehen. Der Service war sehr nett und hat sich große Mühe mit uns gegeben. the selection is extremely versatile. super are mainly vegetarian and vegan as well as the low carb offers! this is creatiw and lust in pleasure! I had crumb soup and juister pannfisch, both were very tasty and plentiful. the service was very attentive and friendly! will be happy to come back!

Ich habe nicht erwartet, hier so gutes veganes Essen serviert zu bekommen und war sehr zufrieden. Bedienung nett und aufmerksam. Der Preis ist wie überall auf der Insel etwas höher.
