A friend of mine and I decided to stay here overnight to attend a show at the American music theatre. This was my first time staying, but she had stayed many times before and always loved the experience. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and there were adequate amenities. The hotel itself has a great ambiance of being on a steamboat with a victorian feel. The decor is done very well! The hotel is also very conveniently located with parking close to one of the main entrances. Our only reason for not giving 5 stars was the food service. The Fulton Steamboat lnn is an absolutely beautiful place! Beautiful Steamboat design when you see the outside of it! Awesome Steamboat theme throughout! The grounds all the way around this lnn are very beautiful! Beautiful gardens and nice playground! Ducks and large fish outside! The inside is stunningly beautiful! The decor throughout is amazing! Very clean, beautiful lobby, guest areas and guest rooms! We spent one night here, and it was awesome!Beautiful pool and Sun Deck, too! Restaurant and Tavern are very pretty! Love it here! 3rd time staying at the Fulton Steamboat and each time it feels the same. Very welcoming and helpful staff, Resturant and bar at this hotel are really good. Rooms are clean and the amenities are awesome. We used the playground, fire pit and pool. They have many other amenities on the grounds which we did not have the time to use. Overall there is something for everyone to do here and the location is perfect as you are closing to shopping, outlets, amusement park and mini golf course (directly across the street). It's been over 10 years since my last visit, and I was pleased to find that the atmosphere remained warm and inviting, reminiscent of a steamboat. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. However, I do have some concerns regarding the room we were assigned. I understand that since we booked only four days before our stay, we may have received one of the last available rooms. Unfortunately, it was an older room on the second floor with peeling wallpaper, stains on the carpet, and subpar appliances like the microwave and fridge. My dining experience was less than satisfactory. The food was quite bland and lacked any excitement. The service was also disappointing, as our waitress repeatedly brought us the wrong drinks despite being informed of the errors. We ordered a dessert, but she only returned with the check and didn’t even acknowledge that she forgot our dessert. Additionally, the entertainment during dinner was not enjoyable. Overall, I wasn't impressed.
I won't be returning to this hotel. The pillows for the king-size bed were smaller than typical pillows, the sheets felt like sleeping on paper, and the sink and shower drains were slow, leaving me standing in water while showering. Additionally, the room had a very musty smell. It was the worst night’s sleep I’ve ever had.

Absolutely loved my stay here ! I took my Grands school shopping and had a 1 night stay. Loved the beds and hot tub was fabulous ?
Quick trip down the road from Dutch Wonderland. Nice tavern inside. Good food. Great wine. Adult swim time in the pool at night.
