Hudson House is an excellent restaurant, but there are two reasons it didn't quite earn a fifth star from me. First, the new lunch menu is quite limited. The lobster rolls I previously enjoyed were no longer available, and I think there should be more seafood options at a place that specializes in seafood. However, the dishes they do serve are of the highest quality – they are both delicious and visually appealing. It's definitely worth a visit, and next time, I might try ordering items that aren't on the menu to see how well they can adapt.
Thoroughly surprised with how much I enjoyed eating brunch here. I went to their other location on Lovers Lane to a happy hour and had the worst experience I could have and the worst service. The Addison location was beautiful, the service and food were amazing! I don't think I have ever eaten a Lobster Benedict that was this delicious! My friend got the regular Benedict and we shared both and all can say is you must eat here for brunch. Next time, I will try the oyster bar with a glass of champagne looking forward to this. Cheers!
An incredible dining experience! Everything here is truly exceptional. We kicked off our meal with the Shrimp Dynamite, which was delicious and light. We also ordered oysters on the half shell that were simply heavenly! My friend chose the cheeseburger, which was unlike any other—juicy and served with thin fries. To drink, we had a Spicy Margarita and the Classic with Gin. It's hard to leave after such a wonderful meal and great drinks. The service and atmosphere were fantastic as well. I can't wait to return!
Okay this place deserves a full review for sure. Went in for brunch with no wait time. Servers were great and food came out fast. We ordered the Chicken and Red Velvet waffle, truffle fries, and burger. Everything was good, however I think the fried chicken was a little bland personally. The vibe of Hudson’s totally feels like you’re on the east coast, which is a nice change of pace compared to the normal Dallas energy.My favorite of the night was the seafood bouquet the oysters were so fresh and tasty. The portions of all the entrees were really fair.I definitely plan to visit again to explore other dishes! I’d recommend making a reservation before, especially on the weekends.
Salmon is amazing! Chicken was great with their special sauce (didn’t catch the name but it was white) truffle fries are super good too, wish they were a bit thicker. My brother got the chicken waffles and loved it (a bit too sweet for me). The workers manager are very nice ensure you have a pleasant experience. They gave a lovely slice of cake with a sparkler for my brothers birthday!
The happy hour martini selection, with eight different options at half price from 3 to 6 PM, is fantastic. The crab claws are a bit pricey, but they are incredibly fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The shrimp cocktails feature large, fresh shrimp. I wish I could give this place six stars!
We visited for happy hour and were delighted by the freshness and taste of the oysters. The service was quick and friendly, and our server was more than happy to take all the photos we requested!
