Normally I don't have any complaints about this place as you can see below. But the past week or so haven't been so good. When Frank , Dawn or Ann Marie are not there it's an absolute mess. This morning I went there twice to get breakfast( store was open) and NO ONE was there, I even went as far as to yell hello in the kitchen NOTHING. I even called no one answered the phone. S myself and 2 other regular customers had to go to Runcible Spoon to get our breakfast.Love love love. Everyone here is awesome from Dawn and the staff in the front to Frank and the cooks in the back. They know their customers by name, they remember what you like and how you like it, it's clean inside, prices are good...
Hudson Market on Main is generating a lot of buzz in Nyack, NY. Operated by the Rockland Culinary Institute, which also conducts culinary classes on the upper floor, this café on Main Street serves excellent coffee and sandwiches, along with a delicious salad bar that’s available daily. They’re open from around 8:30 AM to 6 PM. I often visit the salad bar and like to add proteins like tuna or chicken. Their dessert display features daily treats, including pie slices and brownies, all baked by the students upstairs. Our office ordered for the first time and delivery was prompt. Food was delicious and will definitely be ordering again. Service was excellent considering we called about 6 times. Menu variety was good for all categories. If you make regular (menu item) soups each day you should list them on the menu, we are big soup fans. Keep up the delicious work and Congratulations on the first of many years to come!!!
Great food and super friendly service this is a place where the employees know your name and how you take your coffee. I love Chef Frank's unusual sandwich options and ever changing menu. The Market has a big selection of NY products and baskets. Rockland Community College Hospitality Culinary Arts students help make certain specials, so keep your eye out for them on Facebook and Instagram.

Ordered an Easter breakfast feast...Frank hooked us up and cooked and baked and everything was ready on time!!My family RAVED about the food!! DELICIOUS!Frank was in contact, and couldn’t have been nicer! Cannot wait to work with him again!GO SEE THEM!You won’t be disappointed !
Probably should be a 3 star review. Service was slow, not attentive, our take order wasnt ready after ample ordering time. Our to go bag did not include the correct silverware and the gluten free bread was all soggy and crumbled. Overall the experience left a lot to be desired.
some of the workers don’t speak english. one of my orders was messed up and I had to correct the worker who clearly didn’t understand a word I was saying, even after i pointed to what I wanted. Workers should all understand basic english.
This is a great place, the food is so good and fresh. The service is really fast. Covid precautions are being followed. They have a nice variety of food, and portions are perfect.
