Hudson Taco is an excellent restaurant located right in the Hudson Valley. This establishment is very conveniently located with ample parking available. Next door there?s an Ice cream and pizza shop. Definitely have to try those next time I?m in the area. The ambiance is stunning with a modern home like feel. Sitting on the back porch area allows breathtaking views of the Hudson River and the train track right below the restaurant. Staff are very attentive and friendly! While I think the food was good- I don’t think you’re coming here for the food. This is the type of restaurant you come to bc it’s fun, the view is amazing and it just has a nyc buzzy restaurant vibe even though it’s not in the city.The Mexican corn was amazing. The salad was fresh- The rest of the food was fine- will def be back though bc it’s a fun place. I’m not drinking now but their cocktails looks really fun.We snagged two seats at the bar which was nice. As there was no wait. Otherwise we would have had to wait 30 minutes for a table. I like that you just fill out a form to order- it’s very smart because the restaurant is pretty loud and made ordering food very fast and simple.

This place was fantastic. The menu was interesting and relatively diverse (within tacos). The tacos were reasonably priced and tasty. The day we were there the (really good) waiter recommend the ribs special. I will never forget those ribs. They were in a hot and sweet sauce that I could have drank out of a cup. There was plenty of things on the menu besides tacos too. The empanada was the best I ever had (even better than my own). We also got to sit outside on a beautiful summer day and had a great view of the river.

The people of Newburgh are very lucky to have this taco restaurant so close by. I am from Chicago and I cannot find anything that’s half as good as what I’m eating right now.This is my second order from Hudson taco and I’m enjoying it thoroughly. It’ll probably be two meals. Because it’s very heavy on the quinoa. Which is perfect because then I can make a breakfast dish out of it.The both times of eating this food has been exquisite. I highly highly recommend Hudson taco.Very Loud if you dine in.

Tasty tacos, and nice to have interesting ethnic variations like Korean BBQ (delish) as well as gluten free options served as lettuce wraps instead of tortillas. Margaritas were also tasty and views of the Hudson were a bonus. Even though we sat along the open windows on the patio facing the river, it was still quite loud. Prices were just right, too.

First time at Hudson Taco and I was not disappointed. It got very busy right after we arrived, probably partially due to the graduation weekend. Nonetheless, the service was speedy and excellent. For my comfort level, it got a bit too noisy for a good conversation. Food and drinks were great, I?ll be back!

Great place to eat it has good food and a fantastic view. The tacos are $3 $4 each and come in fun flavors (Korean short rib, citrus shrimp, etc).We sat outside on the spacious patio (the train did pass by once for several minutes). Would definitely return and recommend a visit here.Food: 5/5

First time at the restaurant. Servers were great! Great place to eat! Nice ambiance and Over looking river. listing order of my favorites: Tuna, K-BBQ, mushroom, fish, crab I wouldn?t order Carnitas again. Guacamole and salsa was great! I will definitely visit them again!

Incredible food and drinks! Went with my Fiancé and friends, and we had a wonderful time. The view is beautiful. The place was very busy when we went Saturday night. Park in the lower parking lot if not on the street.Food: 5/5

I really enjoyed this place. Very hip beautiful atmosphere. The service was friendly and attentive. One of the best margaritas I had in time. The tacos were delicious, but small. I've ordered more than I've been... happy.
