Hudson Taco is an excellent restaurant located right in the Hudson Valley. This establishment is very conveniently located with ample parking available. Next door there?s an Ice cream and pizza shop. Definitely have to try those next time I?m in the area. The ambiance is stunning with a modern home like feel. Sitting on the back porch area allows breathtaking views of the Hudson River and the train track right below the restaurant. Staff are very attentive and friendly! However, I do have one minor complaint: the music was a bit too loud for my liking. I appreciate good music—actually, they played some great tracks—but it made it difficult to hear our waitress and have a conversation with my husband. The combination of the lively crowd and the music created quite a bit of noise, which made it tough to chat. Despite that, I really enjoyed the experience overall, and I would definitely return!

We waited quite a while to visit this restaurant, and it did not disappoint. The food was fantastic! I really enjoyed the tapas-style menu, where you can place your order throughout your meal and have each dish brought to your table as it's prepared. We tried about eight different items from the menu, along with some drinks. It was a wonderful lunch, and everything we had was exceptional!

Tasty tacos, and nice to have interesting ethnic variations like Korean BBQ (delish) as well as gluten free options served as lettuce wraps instead of tortillas. Margaritas were also tasty and views of the Hudson were a bonus. Even though we sat along the open windows on the patio facing the river, it was still quite loud. Prices were just right, too. I visited this restaurant for the first time after a hike. The service was good, but the food was outstanding! The view was also nice. They provide unlimited refills on chips, along with three generous dips. I tried the taco of the day, which was a lobster taco, and it was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be coming back!

First time at Hudson Taco and I was not disappointed. It got very busy right after we arrived, probably partially due to the graduation weekend. Nonetheless, the service was speedy and excellent. For my comfort level, it got a bit too noisy for a good conversation. Food and drinks were great, I?ll be back!

First time at the restaurant. Servers were great! Great place to eat! Nice ambiance and Over looking river. listing order of my favorites: Tuna, K-BBQ, mushroom, fish, crab I wouldn?t order Carnitas again. Guacamole and salsa was great! I will definitely visit them again!

The tacos were absolutely delicious! The menu features a wide variety of unique options that are fantastic. The street corn was equally tasty. I felt the same way about the drinks—they were amazing! I just wish I lived closer; I would definitely become a regular here. Reserva una mesa ahora

I really enjoyed this place. Very hip beautiful atmosphere. The service was friendly and attentive. One of the best margaritas I had in time. The tacos were delicious, but small. I've ordered more than I've been... happy.
