Hudson Valley Steakhouse

Went during Hudson Valley Restaurant week. Service was not great took 1 hr to get our main course (we did have salads beforehand). I ordered my steak Medium Well but it came Medium Rare to Medium but bc it took so long to get served, and we were under a time constraint, I didn’t send it back. Then, we ordered dessert coffee indicated we were in a rush and it took another 20 min to get served. Very dissatisfied.

I thought the experience I had was excellent. The waitress was very informative and explained the specials and answered questions about the menu very well. The food was excellent and done the way we ordered. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for any occasion. Well done.

Just an absolute fantastic experience. The steak was perfectly seasoned and the drinks strong! Recommend also the mushroom caps! A great place to have a special meal. Service was warm and personable. A must stop in the Hudson valley area!

as usual the steak was like the sides up. service was excellent and it was really nice to celebrate the 17th birthday of my sohne there.
