we had a reservation. when we checked in, the entrance was full of people waiting, and they checked us out and said we had to wait until all the people who checked in front of us were sitting. So we had to wait in a very crowded room for a long time, about 25 min, as we had a reservation. then we checked how much longer and the hostess said we would have a table immediately if we wanted to sit in the terrace or we would have to wait longer for a table in the restaurant. we took the terrace table. We were there to celebrate my birthday, but that was never recognized, even though it was on our reservation and we mentioned it. Patrick, our server, came and introduced himself and took our order. After that he never came back to check on us. We had to flag him down just to get a refill. He did bring us our check, but that was it. The food was delicious as usual, but the service was just okay; definitely not what we’re used to when dining out at Hugo’s

Great service. A tradition my father and I have for our birthday to head to Hugo’s for lobster in the private booth to celebrate. Everything was tasty n service was great. We’ll be back to do all over again next month for my dads bday

I was disappointed. They asked if there was a special occasion. Why did I bother telling them it was our anniversary. Nobody even said "Happy Anniversary". I wasn't looking for anything free, just an acknowledgement Reserva una mesa ahora

This place has lost its value . We had hair in our food any nobody addressed it . Cold food all night . All the food was bland , no seasoning. No management checking tables or service. Poor experience
