Papaya Salad with pork rinds(chicaron) YES, you heard it.. Papaya salad with PORK RINDS. The kind you see at the market that they sell in plastic bags. The pork rinds absorb the juices/flavor and adds a nice additional crunch to the dish! They ran out of the pork rinds on our most recent visit, so it must be very popular!

Always clean and good. Lunchtime I can get in and out in 30 minutes, even if I take 2 trips. Recommend the wontons. Bonus points if I spelled that right!

Love this place! The food is so good. If you don't like it, you can't blame anyone but yourself. You pick the noodles, meat, veggies sauces. So good!
