Huhot Mongolian Grill

This location is always one of my favorite places to go, and a great place to take my children. We have been loyal customers for several years. However, this review is not so much about the food (which is always fantastic), but more about the staff and especially the manager, Jake. I brought my two children 3/1/22 last Tuesday. We had a fantastic meal and when there was time to pay, there was a problem with my debit card. I had received a temporary card from my bank after I left my card a few days before and for some reason, the card would not work if I went to pay. I have tried to make another card number available to be entered manually because I had the money on the account, I simply have no other card to pay for my meal. In my roaring state, I wrote one of the numbers wrong and that would not go through either! I was so tied that this happened, I signed up on my online account to check the account number to see that I wrote one of the numbers incorrectly. I tried to give the manager the right number again. Jake (the manager) came by and told me that he would take care of the check for me and would not worry about it. I was so embarrassed that this happened before my children, but he was so nicely discreet. I told him I would go through the kindness he showed me, and I would be back soon to support this business. Thank you. Excellent customer service and I will continue to come to a great establishment (as we have been since year)!

Love this place. UPDATE: 2/7/22 ate there today and tried the chicken breast which was terrible. Told my server and all she said would you like to speak to a manager. I would have been satisfied if she would have told me I'm so sorry let me knock off a few dollars. Still paid full price and still tipped. The rest of the food was great.

This place is clean... Fresh and the food was so delicious. Decisions???? So many sauces around 25. The rice was perfect!!! Fresh seafood. Clean toilets. Child... Staff with smile... Recommend this location so delicious and everything you can eat.

Overall, the food was decent. The areas where you get your food and sauces could use a little DC, especially the toilets! Otherwise, friendly staff good food. Would give 5 stars, but the bathroom food/ sauce bar needs a little clean up:

Very good Mongolian style meal. Everything you can eat with lots of meat and vegetables. Even my pickling grandchildren enjoyed.
