Excellent experience to meet Mathieu on his operation on the last WE of September. We spent time improvising and enjoyed this moment of sharing in his company, in addition to tasting his excellent oysters, he took the time to explain his profession and his passion for us, in a very pleasant setting on the edge of the pond.
