I love this place. I've been here for five years. The food is advertised as in the menu after all these years and taste even better!! 5 out of 5 for the portion sizes alone. I'm always full after I ordered my usual chicken comb. Hawaiian BBQ never disappoints and the staff is friendly. No dining room seat sad at the moment, and this location is always a violet busy after 3 but it is fire
It’s okay, with big portions but so-so flavors. Mahi mahi was oily and mushy fish and with too much breading. Shrimp was fried so hard that it was solid as a rock. Chicken was decent. Maybe the sushi here is better but the meat was nothing impressive. Would return if desperate but otherwise you’re not missing out if you don’t come here.
The chicken was overcooked and ended up being quite dry. The macaroni salad had too much mayonnaise and lacked flavor. There was a generous portion of white rice, but the cabbage was also overcooked. The staff were friendly and attentive for a self-service establishment.
I've been coming here since my old high school days and every time I'm in town I can never leave without getting my Hula Hawaiian BBQ fix. Out of all the Hawaiian BBQ places I've been to this place is still #1 on the list! Reserva una mesa ahora
This was my first experience with Hawaiian barbecue, and it was fantastic! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for something delicious to snack on. Be sure to come hungry, as the portions are quite generous!
Okay food. Ordered Katsu, which was below average. Didn’t taste the greatest and was kind of mushy on the inside. Unfortunately, I think L&L has this local joint beat at least for Katsu.
Not your typical Hawaiian BBQ! However, the food is excellent and they feature some unique sushi rolls. I've dined here several times in Sacramento.
