I don 't usually come to Yelp to talk about service but this is the the last straw for me because time and time again I 've had an issue with the customer service at Hummus Republic. I would like to start off by saying the food (when prepared properly) is amazing and I love the casual vibe. But again, I 'm here because of the service. I have come here after work (around 5:15) multiple times when the staff is trying to rush me out since they are about to close. For reference they close at 6. My 5 time Hummus Republic. I come here for on weekends for lunch. I had a wonderful experience here. Monique greeted me at the door, gave me a walk-through of the menu, and even gave me a sample. I ordered the food and was delighted Great options for hummus and baba ganoush. I always get the hummus bowl with the beets, feta, vegan beef and red cabbage slaw salad. Clean place, owner is great I enjoyed their service. All of the options are incredibly flavorful. Highly recommend to anyone looking to eat great tasting, healthy food. I received generous portions of food when I ordered a bowl at this restaurant. Monique was very helpful and friendly, providing me with recommendations for almost every ingredient in my bowl because I was overwhelmed by the options. She even let me try a drink before I made my decision. The rest of the staff were also very generous, welcoming, and helpful. Ebony was especially friendly, allowing me to stay and chat for a while. Thank you to the staff for the great company!
Chipotle meets Mediterranean, and just works. All of the options are incredibly flavorful. Highly recommend to anyone looking to eat great tasting, healthy food. This Mediterranean restaurant was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of vegan options. The bowl portions were very generous and the staff was extremely friendly. I would definitely return.

I have never tasted such delicious vegan food that is both healthy and filling. Their bowls are amazing and I will definitely be coming back regularly.

Food was terrible and the customer service to match. I'll go back to my usual CAVA. Same price and they have better quality and friendly staff.
