Hungry Horse - Reserva de mesa

We have been here a few times in the last six months and have noticed the food is getting worse. Its very basic and often only luke warm. Today i ordered Lasagne and it was cold. I told the waitress and she took it back to the kitchen. It was returned warmer but stodgy, didn't even resemble pasta. Totally inedible. She asked if it was ok and i told her no so she apologised and offered me a free dessert (which wasn't that great). Also noticed they have a few burgers on the menu but no vegetarian option. Wont be going back again.

Me and my boyfriend came the other night for my birthday! We’re regulars at this restaurant just because of how nice the food is and how good the staff are! Although we had a small misunderstanding with a meal, Kayleigh and other staff had no problem sorting the issue! It was dealt with right away! Kayleigh was great that night! Fast service! Always smiling! Keep up the good work :

Reserved a table and found it easily even though we were 30 mins early, and it was clean and ready for us. Food came very quickly and was easily ordered through the app. Kayleigh was very friendly and served with a smile.

Tills were down so there was a bit of a wait but Holly was more than helpful five star treatment the breakfast was hot and very nice would be better with Tom's aswell Reserva una mesa ahora

We got served by Hayley, she was very friendly and did check backs on both starter and mains, the food was very nice and would highly recommend to anyone!

The service is great, as are the offers. Great communication from Holly as well. Good experience, I'll be returning over and over again.
