This place used to be great, but we haven't been for a while and will NEVER go again, The outside is shabby. I am disabled and used the ramp and rail to enter. At the top of the rail some of the wood was broken with 2 very long, rusty nails sticking up. . There were very few staff or diners, but the tables were dirty. At least it hid how shabby they are. The lady who served us started by trying to fuss our Assistance dog which is a big NO as you should never distract them when working, Then she tried to separate her from us and put her in a corner. She led us to a table near a very rowdy and large group who were playing football in the aisles. Let's discuss what they class as food, The Macar...

1 bar man serving and looking very stressed but got to us quickly which was good. However that 's were it all went down hill quickly. Table was filthy to say the least, ordered food and drinks and paid. Beer was flat and undrinkable the other were pop. Was told 45 mins wait which was OK as it was a Saturday afternoon but it arrived in bits and drabs so out of 3 of us only one was eating (and I say that lightly) I had a sizzler steak which was cold so I sent it back only to wait 15 mins longer to get another one which was stone cold (sizzler) it was that cold the pepers and onions on the skillet were still actually frozen. Decided to go to KFC but was only offered the money back for my steak...

Great experience!! Phoned up to book my self, partner and two children in for a meal as a treat after school. The lady on the phone was very accommodating and asked if there was anywhere in particular we would like to sit and if we needed high chairs. When arriving for our family meal out, the staff greated and showed us to our table straight away. The place was very clean and tidy and I couldn't of asked for more friendly staff. The meals arrived well presented and tasted lovely. We will be definitely visiting again!

We always visit this restaurant with our colleagues and the service staff is always helpful. The food is consistently good and served quickly. The service is always on point, and Manager Marisa ensures everything runs smoothly. Reserva una mesa ahora

The staff were lovely polite and friendly but the food was disappointing.. The mixed grill came out cold and the chicken was raw.. Couldn't even be bothered to send it back.. I just left

The staff, especially Courtney, were rude. When someone asked where the restrooms were, they responded in a disrespectful manner. Additionally, the food was not up to par.

The restaurant was very inviting and well-kept. The staff were courteous and well-presented, and went out of their way to assist. The food and drinks were spot on.

grest drink selection, freindly staff and loveley food, been here many times and is ver reliable, food served till 9 and theres a big menu to choose from Reserva una mesa ahora

Popped in for a quick bite with other half had the ultimate combo and chocolate fudge cake couldn't fault food service and atmosphere

Stopped off for quick bite food was lovely and staff helpful and friendly .Pub was clean and tidy and warm
