Hungry Howie's Pizza

I?ve ordered from here many times before, however I cannot believe how bad it has been the past few times. I don?t know what is going on with this business but this last time around, I ordered a regular thin crust pizza and they deliver the wrong one. I have to add that the girl who answered the phone was super miserable, which says a lot because the employees act according to the managers. She was barely listening to my order, which is why the order was wrong in the first place. I had to callback and place a reorder since it was completely wrong, it was even wrong in their system when she rang it up? only for them to not only the first time around send it through door dash, but do the same thing around, even though they offer a delivery? Because they did that DoorDash delivered my pizza an additional two hours late on top of the additional hour I already had a wait for a delivery. I ordered the correct order of pizza at 9:30 PM and I received it 11:30 PM. I don?t believe that a business should be hiring door Dashers or Uber eats under the guise of delivery. It is a total cheat on the system because yo I are not allowed to leave the Dashers or Uber eats a tip option. SHAME on hungry Howie?s Apollo Beach to work on the backs of working Americans to make a quick dollar without offering them any type of compensation in tips.

I ordered a chicken calzone which was okay just a little too salty for my liking. Thank goodness I got it to go, the amount of flies in the store would have made it impossible for me to sit down and relax. I'm not sure what's going on in that store but I won't order from there again, I just got a bad vibe, while watching them make people's food.
