Hungry Howie's Pizza Subs

I wish I could give negative stars. We ordered because they do delivery and didn't want to leave the house. We ordered in the app. Ordering was a breeze. But apparently they have no clue what food you can order online versus what they actually sell.. we ordered a Buffalo Mac and cheese and it's suppose to come with Howie bread so I didn't order an extra thing of Howie bread I was gonna eat my husband side he was suppose to get. We got our food about a 50-60 waiting for delivery due to them not actually having any delivery drivers and having to rely on door dash drivers. We called the store to let them know we didn't get bread. They were apologetic and offered to make us some but we'd have to...

I order hungry howies quite frequently and I order a pizza with butter garlic crust every time, unfortunately I would say that out of 5 times I order it it only has butter garlic once. They often forget it and for having to pay 4$ for bacon they give you a poor amount. Great food but they barely ever get it right. Was originally 2 stars, but when I called to let them know that my order was wrong they told me they weren’t going to do anything about it and to “refer to my dasher.” The dasher wasn’t the one who made the food, no reason that should’ve been the answer.

Ordered online. Should 've taken 20 mins. Instead, it took an hour. When I went to pick up my order, there was a person pacing angrily in the corner of the store, and about 10 people angrily waiting for their food. I get it. People call in. It 's life, it happens. However, judging by other reviews here, this was NOT a one-off situation. It 's a habit at this location. Also, my cheese bread was burned. If I could give negative stars, I would. Avoid at all costs. There is a Domino 's next door. Just save yourself the heartache and go there instead.

I was disappointed . I have had Hungry Howie's before (Golden Gate) and it became a regular part of my diet . I ordered a sub and what I got was a calzone . I asked about it and the young man at the counter said, that is their sub, what I ordered. Imagine if you went ANYWHERE and ordered an Italian Sub (what I ordered) waited........ Then handed you a calzone? Really?!? Then why even call it a sub. Isn't that misleading??????????? I will not be going there again Reserva una mesa ahora

Sat on hold for 30 minute to order my preganwife a pizza in her hormonal rage. This place is trash. And after sitting on hold for 30 minutes they disconnected/hung up. Call back. And guess what? Leaving me on hold for another 30 minutes. Never ever ordering Hungry Howies again.

Very disrespectful staff . Assistant manager is useless and does not honor online orders. Shame they are private owned. Will not order from that trash store again. Used to actually be a good place until new management took over

Had to make my daughter a sandwich for dinner and had to explain to a 4 year old little girl about incompetence in our world...I ordered a pizza at 8....never showed...its 11 now! No answer...on hold for hour...unreal

Pizza subs for less than 10 bucks are a great deal if hungry and in a hurry... pretty sure they are a food group.
