Now I understand that these are 14/15 year olds, as a former worker at hungry jacks Nerang for 3 years I know mistakes are made. But every single time I come this store something is always wrong! Ive been here 4-5 times and always something! Ask for something not to be put on the burger I get it anyway, ask for a particular burger like a junior whopper get something completely different like a tender crisp? Like how do you even do that? Anyway I never call up and ask for a refund because I still eat what I've been given but it's actually a joke this store.
We stopped here after a visit to the beautiful Tamborine Mountain area. The food was typical Hungry Jack's which we enjoy every now and then. The staff service was standard fast food, the restaurant was clean, and it was quiet so seating wasn't an issue. The only negative was the air conditioning was way to cold. Parking wasn't a problem either.
Servers were friendly and welcoming. The service was quick and efficient. The soft serve is very creamy and is only 50c! However I don't understand why they did not put my two soft serves in a cardboard holder when they handed it to me, as it makes it much easier to handle especially since I was on my own and had other things in my hand.
Just got home with two young kids and they forgot to put the burger in the bag!!! When I called the store their number rang out three times. I have just done a 12 hour day, waited in the waiting bay for five minutes and now I have no dinner - whopper Jnr w cheese when I get home. So disappointed.

I consider this my most indulgent pleasure. Since we don't have Hungry Jack's in my country and only Burger King, I always eagerly await my summer vacations in Queensland so I can indulge in their delicious food. I especially love their chocolate milkshake.
If you ever find yourself in the UAE, this restaurant is similar to Burger King. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and they are open late for your satisfaction. Their fries and nuggets are top-notch! Overall, it's just perfect.
Saviour for vegetarian people , not many places had vegetarian menu but this vegetarian burger was amazing . With hot sauce . Free wifi is another attraction , still long line up as its on the beach
It's fast food what more can one say. Perhaps slightly better than Mc D. Cheap and convenient. Normally I'd prefer to go to a supermarket and get a bun and some ham to make my own sandwhich.

Delicious food and fresh ingredients at this restaurant near the beach. I visited yesterday and it wasn't too busy. However, I was disappointed that it was raining.
