This particular Hungry Jacks location is the best one I've ever been to. It still has the classic diner layout and hasn't been updated since 1997, but it has a charm that modernized stores lack. The fries and onion rings are always fresh, the burgers are tasty especially with extra salad, and the soft serve is incredibly sweet with generous portions, whether you order a cone, sundae, or storm.
Despite the smell of fried food that lingers in the fast food setting, this Hungry Jacks is quiet, tidy, and a pleasant place to dine. It may leave you feeling a bit bloated and regretful for indulging in unhealthy food, but it's worth it for the delicious and satisfying meal.
Beyond the namesake steak a handful of daily specials are explained by the eager-to-please staff. On our visit, the wagyu chuck steak (£15) was disappointingly chewy, and the burger (£15) – also made with pricey wagyu beef – scored high on flavour but low on engineering, with meaty crumbs of the patty falling apart after just a few bites. The stripped-back look, with bare brick, antique-styled panelling and age-of-steam décor certainly looks the part in the airy dining space at the rear, though the acoustics suffer; lip-reading will come in handy if there are more than a dozen diners.
This restaurant is a wonderful spot to gather with friends and family. They have a play area for kids and plenty of parking. They also offer drive-thru service. The customer service is friendly and the burgers are delicious. My favorite is the Hungry Jack's Extra Long Chicken Burger. The nuggets are even better with peri peri sauce. The thick shakes are fantastic, especially the Kit-Kat flavor. Unfortunately, the restaurant is not open 24 hours.
these are the worst hungry ones I've ever had. there is this one girl who works there that is always negatiw. I think she should just stop. they have never got Belgian lava cakes, which I think is a lie. Maybe they want to bring them home at the end of their shift. eating is also badly done. try them uncooked and simply not on standard. step your game up or I will not come back

The restaurant and staff are still excellent. They continue to serve food efficiently, but the new pork belly deluxe burger was disappointing. I was expecting more from it. The size, flavor, and texture were not as advertised in the TV commercial. In my opinion, the next item to try is the Jack's chicken burger. I hope it is better.
Very clean and tidy place with ample of seating area. Then the food quality is also good in both quality and quantity. They have so many combos on offer which will be very pocket friendly too.
This HJ's is very hit or miss. On some days the product is great on others it is of low quality. With this outlet you roll you dice and take your chances.
customer service is müll one of the girls was very rude with customers and used for word if customers do not agree with it

Use the HJ app and want to claim a free soft cone. The machine down and couldn't claim. Absolute garbage.
