It appeared that the restaurant was short-staffed on the day I visited. I placed my order through the app, hoping for a quick pickup, but ended up waiting for over 20 minutes alongside a few other customers. The overwhelmed staff were rushing around and facing complaints from everyone at both the counter and the drive-thru. I assumed that picking up my order inside would be quicker than going through the drive-thru, but I was mistaken. The place was chaotic. It would be beneficial to hire more employees or schedule additional team members during peak hours. The staff definitely deserve better support.
I recently dined at @nanakoot_culinary and had a great experience! The service was friendly and the staff were quick to help. My daughter wanted to try the mini chicken burger, and they kindly made it into a meal with small fries and a frozen Fanta for just $5.95. I actually enjoyed the chicken burger, although the sauce was a bit too much for my taste. Overall, a lovely outing!
I like Hungry Jack's food, but this HJ's often gets my order wrong, often asks you to wait, and is often out of items. You can also only access the driveway from the main road in one direction, with no nearby safe uturn facility which is a problem. When they get the food right and there isn't a wait it's fine, but their strike rate here is pretty poor.
Half of our order was missing. Orange juice tasted like it was going off. My whopper burger was missing ingredients. We rang Hungry Jacks and all that was offered by them was to contact UberEATS. The driver can only deliver what they are handed. They admitted it was there fault but refused to take any responsibility. Avoid at all costs.

The wait time at this restaurant is excessive, and I had to return my order twice. Additionally, the young woman who served me suggested that I was lying about what I had received and didn't even apologize when she realized my order was still sitting on the counter. Her attitude was unacceptable, and I won't be returning.
Just ordered a couple of hunger tamer meals, worst thing I’ve ever eaten. No salads or sauce on the burgers and they thought putting extra Pattie’s on would help but it was rank. Worst thing was they didn’t even tell me so got home and had no choice but to attempt to eat it. Didn’t put the sauces in the bag. Useless.
The staff do their best, but the small dining area often feels unclean. They don't offer ice cream for dessert in the evenings, and they frequently run out of Coke. Parking is limited, and I often have to park to wait for the drive-thru. Additionally, I never receive a receipt, so I can't collect my rewards points.
Great dining experience! The food is always served hot, and the service through the drive-thru is friendly. Overall, I would rate the food 5/5, the service 5/5, and the atmosphere 5/5. Highly recommend!
