Wow. Simply Awesome! Best dining experience my wife and I have had in several years, probably top all time, and we are real foodie snobs. They squeezed us in with only a couple hours notice. We got the course menu paired with wine....Little did we know that six courses in metric means First came the amouse bouse, a frothy chicken soup plus a croquette topped with dried mushrooms. It was a quiet Thursday night at Hupperts in an unassuming suburb of Stuttgart. A summer storm raged outside. In the oak-panelled dining room, we began a tasting menu that seemed to have an equal number of before and after dishes. Unable to decide...on wine, we opted for the wine flight, and were very glad we did. Herr Huppert is the master chef and his wife is an expert bi-lingual front of house manager. Our family's Christmas present to each other has recently been to go out for a really fine dining experience. This year we happened to be in Stuttgart for the holidays and decided to celebrate at Huppert's. We could not have made a better choice. The...food was fascinatingly flavorful, the unique and innovative wine pairings thoughtfully chosen and the staff friendly and welcoming. What a delicious experience for all senses. Discovering the place a bit outside the Stuttgart centre, meeting the very friendly owners, each dish of the menu is a pleasure for all senses and the wine selection fits wonderfully to it. Fish on two dishes...and meat on one dish was really cooked to perfection. There is no doubt,we will be back, this is THE discovery of our last trip to Stuttgart

My husband and I picked this based on reviews and it was just as stated. It was so much more than a meal. It was an experience and adventure! If you are in town, you must stop here. It is fabulous. The staff is friendly...and accommodating. Be prepared to spend a couple of hours as it is courses of food, but each one is brilliantly put together. We highly recommend.

Amazing food, that is very much worth every penny of the high price. Unbelievable combination of highest quality ingredients create tastes that I never thought possible. Excellent, very knowledgable staff that can elaborate without end about the food the wines. All that while still...being somewhat casual, no dress code or overly fancy crowd. Highly recommended.

We were seated in the front dining room near the street. The windows were a bit dirty. There were even some spider nets on the window sims. Food was fine but did not leave me with a strong impression. Service ok. The restaurant is in...a modest residential neighborhood and the atmosphere just lacks some characters.

A very nice surprise in Stuttgart : Hupperts! Local fresh products of the season well assembled and delicate. Not a particular style, just good product and flavours. Please ask the owners and waiters to expalin their wine choice (mostly local) to you for each dish,...it is intrinsyc to the experience.

The moment we entered the greeting was outstanding and personal, it’s a very reserved but comfortable atmosphere , the menus were full of so many items one could grow as one read the offered in languages. I took the French one. The menu
