I went in today to order two of their broasted chicken sandwiches. I went inside to the counter and ordered, and went over the the bench to wait. When standing around I noticed the floor was pretty sticky. This was a level of sticky that I had not even saw in other commercial kitchens I worked in. For the floor to be that sticky it had to have been weeks since it was mopped. That or either they spilled a couple gallons of sweet tea the week before, and didn't bother to mop it up. I went through the drive-thru and placed my order. When I received my receipt, I noticed an additional charge that I wasn't expecting. When I inquired about it, they explained that it was a fee for using a credit card. Although the fee was only $0.17, it felt like a hidden charge since it wasn't mentioned on the menu or at the time of payment. I decided to go back inside and requested a refund for the fee. It’s frustrating to have to pay extra for using my credit card without being informed beforehand. If this happens to you, just walk in and let them know you didn’t agree to the fee, and they’ll refund it. Hidden fees have no place in a barbecue restaurant. On a positive note, the food was...

Walked in thinking I would get better service. Ordered two barbeque sandwichs and some hot fries. Told the cashier I was willing to wait for hot fries. Yes, they had me waiting (no one was waiting when I walked in) The sandwichs were cold, the fries were old and cold. The fries look like they had been sitting all day. I believe it was intentional because I ask for hot fries. The guy who waited on me was not friendly. Hersey's Barbeque in graham has loss me as a customer and I will let others know. Breakfast was great at Hursey in Graham. Coffee was really good, cheesy eggs were great, and Miranda , the waitress, was very attentive and polite. It's an okay place. Like most BBQ places, it's in need of a makeover. The ribs were okay, fries not so much. Service was pretty good. They play the best old country music around!
