We ordered through the app, which likely saved us an additional 20 minutes of wait time since there were only two staff members serving the floor. However, the app doesn't include the entire menu, so we still had to place part of our order with the staff.
We waited 40 minutes for our coffees, and our food took about 1.5 hours to arrive after we ordered. We noticed that several patrons who had been seated before us were repeatedly inquiring about their food, which should have been a red flag. Peeking into the kitchen, we saw only two chefs working (the head chef and the sous chef, which in hindsight was another warning sign).

We recently held a private event for our company at Hyde Paradiso, the venue is very modern, stylish and impressive overlooking the ocean. Sophie and her team ensured we were looked after and ran the event very smoothly. Everyone loved the food, wine and cocktails and had a great night. I would love to return again soon.
A Saturday brunch. Everything was perfect! We had the best place over the beach. Customer service was top notch! She looked after us so well when the restaurant was in full capacity. The dishes and cocktails contained in the Brunch menu were very delicious and prepared for perfection. LOVED the eggs Benny Hasch.
Great place with sea view. Perfect for weekend brunch when weather is beautiful. The serving size is large. Esp children's menu its almost large, like the adults serving size. The food was okay. There is enough variety to try. You will also receive free parking at the hotel, which is a plus. You take accorplus

Such a beautiful venue right in the heart of surfers. We visited for breakfast and the staff were wonderful. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced given the venue. Beautiful views and a light, open, European themed interior.

The food is fantastic, but the service and waitstaff need improvement. I had to wait 45 minutes for a coffee, and there was a lack of direction and leadership among the staff.

The booth seats felt low-quality and were so compressed that it felt like you might slide off the seat under the table.
