Hy's Steakhouse Whistler

I am a big foodie. My background was years hotel hospitality and fine dining and I was a maitre d in a star relais and chateau. I am a very extremely fussy eater. I love Gordon Ramsey! Everything was superb at Hys... service was top notch, ambience perfect; attention to detail... meat was cooked perfect... desert sublime. I had the filet with Gorgonzola lovely.. only complaint was that the cauliflower was dry and slightly undercooked and the broccoli could have also had a squirt of lemon or butter to zest it up a bit.. ..in a nutshell everything was delicious, however, more thought into the veg... (we ordered instead of potato or fries)... wonderful experience

The whole was incredible. From the girl who made the Caesar salad at table to the food and drinks. Jason our server was awesome. The banana fosters was a huge hit. Next time in Whistler will be back

We had such a great evening out. Our appetizers were perfect, our steaks were cooked just as we asked and the bananas foster was made at tableside for us for dessert and was so decadent
