hyuga is one of many Japanese restaurants in the klosterstraße. interior simple and authentic furnishings. most guests are japaners. the card offers many small appetizers. the grilled aubergines are particularly good with miso cream and the yaktori. the sushi is fresh and of very good quality. the tempura not oily, but airy pink. also classic, like the curry rice there is here.The kirin bier is from the barrel. the service is Japanese. the ¥ performance ratio super!

there are many different fish and meat dishes, all in all very tasty however quite expensive. my friend had sushi and that was also very good, but as a non-fish lover I had to look for a long time until I found something suitable for me on the map. who wants to go to genuine Japanese food is right here.

always delicious. super friendly waiters, chefs and sushi cuisine. we eat several times the week at hyuga and look forward to the next time. closed from 9 august for approx. 10 days?????

the unpretentious Japanese food and the friendly staff were impressive. there are different choices from sashimi to nuds, and lunch is pretty good.

authentic Japanese isakaya atmosphere. personal is very nice, eat tastes like in japan. happy again.
