I just walked out of business and sat in the parking lot. What happened to the customer service? The cashier arranged my goods, but didn't put them in a pocket. Like Aldis, you can shop here and pack your own purchases. But we charge more for the lack of customer service.
This store is so bad. Inept management, inept employees, inept processes, inept business. I've seen managers scream at employees on the floor. I've seen employees scream at each other on the floor. So ghetto. With so many options to choose from, I'm going to choose to drive by this store and not shop there anymore.
