freshly arrived on dijon, we were looking for a good pizzeria and we fell on trip advisor on this restaurant. neither one nor two, the pictures already gave water to the mouth .... and do not pay attention to the photos, because they are even better than that!!!! not to mention the jovial atmosphere that rules in this place, a passionate manager who treats his clients in the best possible way, of two pizzaiolos working in the background with the smile, not to mention the very nice server and to our listening. Anyway, you'll get it, go ahead.
excellent pizzas, dough elaborated in the rules of art, perfect cuisine. the baba to the pumped rum deserves to be tried (it has nothing in common with this bottle of alcoholic water called baba in france) so it is extraordinary. everything is fresh, everything is good, even the frame and the atmosphere are connected with everything else. and finally, the note is correct, and the family team of the bosses is at the beginning and a great company. I recommend. From a distance, the best pizzas I've tried for 45 years.
Sweet pizza, I recommend this restaurant warmly. The only problem this day (a Friday noon) was the time we waited to be served, which can be problematic if we are pressed to return to the office. I will hear the experience because pizza was very good that said! Very happy with the delicious pizzas we ate there. The only problem was that service was a little too long for a weekday lunch (which can be an issue if you have to get back to work).
Very good pizza with excellent dough. Any advice? If you eat on site on a Saturday, the best thing is to book for 8pm because before it is the parade of guests who come to pick up their pizza to take away. Maybe plan an outside withdrawal to ensure a good evening for on-site customers?

I had a pleasant experience in Caffe dei Fratelli. The pizzas were delicious and the staff were nice. As our pizzas were late, they offered us free coffees at the end of our meal, which we appreciated. I would absolutely come back for some fresh tasty pizza.
Boards and pizzas are refined and copied at a time, with fresh and quality ingredients! The boss and pizzaiolos are adorable and very useful: I can only recommend!
