We used to be frequent visitors to this restaurant when we lived in Belmont, but it has changed quite a bit. After driving 45 minutes to come back, we encountered poor customer service and a smoothie that tasted off. I had asked for extra ginger in my smoothie, but there was no trace of ginger whatsoever. When I went inside to request either a remake or a refund, the cashier suggested that I might have a tolerance for ginger and mentioned that, being a small business, they couldn’t do anything about it. I’m very disappointed and won’t be returning to this location.

The restaurant is clean, but the employee I encountered on Monday, 11/7/22, at 4:12 PM had an unpleasant attitude. Since it was my first visit, I found her demeanor to be unwelcoming. I plan to give it another try when there’s a different staff member on duty, hoping for a better experience. I didn’t end up purchasing anything because I couldn't handle the interaction.
This place is ideal for a quick and healthy snack! I really love their smoothies and smoothie bowls. Everything is prepared with fresh ingredients, and I appreciate the wide range of add-on options. My favorite is the Smooth Acai smoothie with peanut butter—it's filling and makes you feel fantastic!

I really wish I had discovered this place earlier! Ordering online was a breeze, and my food was ready exactly when promised. The staff who helped me were incredibly friendly. I will definitely be returning!
My favorite place in Belmont! The service is exceptional, the smoothies and bowls are amazing, and they treat everyone with respect, no matter if you fit the usual healthy image or not.
