Ice Cream Sweet Shop

2 Employees were less than kind. One ignored me for a minute. #2 eventually told #1 to help me. After sampling a flavor, I threw the used spoon in a container. The employee #2 dumped it on a table oddly in front of register which placed me at an angle that I could not see that the bin said tips. Multiple spoons came out which confirmed that I wasn 't the only one who made that mistake. Then #1 said, You got to clean that up. Also, my ice cream had a texture of freezer burn.

This was my first time at this shop. I was craving some funnel cake and it was delicious. They have so many favors of ice cream! My son loved the cotton candy flavor. My husband enjoyed his strawberry smoothie. The staff was super nice and I loved the relaxed atmosphere. A hidden gem! We live so close by and will definitely come back.

Ordered online and had it delivered but it looked like they just threw and old stale funnel cake in the box. Terrible and stale and it's a shame to even get food like this. If you wouldn't eat it WHY send it off like that to a customer?

A1 customer service DoorDash person forgot my funnel cake and one of the employees. Chanel came out to bring it to me. I am so happy blessed and happy for the wonderful customer service presented..

They have a plethora of flavors. We got milkshakes which were okay. Happy they had birthday cake and cake batter ice cream. Won't be disappointed if you come.
