We ordered some takeaway and everything was terrible. Absolutely awful! Let’s start with the lamb Karahi. The base was literally mushy blended onions with tomatoes that had not been simmered down. It was slop! The quality of the lamb was poor, grizzly cheap chewy meat with no spice. In-fact, it was bizarrely sweet! Imagine that.. a lamb karahi that is sweet! Don’t even get me started on the portion! The takeaway tub was only filled about a 1/3 . We felt so ripped off. Next.. the double seekh kebab roll.. the kebabs were so small you would need a magnifying glass to find them in the naan! Ok, that’s an exaggeration, but you get the picture. It was loaded with raw chunky onions and huge tomato...
In summary, the food at this restaurant was 1.5 hours late, cold, and tasted terrible. I would not recommend dining here. A birthday celebration was ruined by the excessive delay and poor quality of the food. Despite initially giving them the benefit of the doubt due to our large order, it became clear that this place is a mess. Our peri peri wraps were sloppily thrown together and drowned in sauces, arriving cold because of the delay. They failed to notify us of the delay and we had to call twice to find out what was going on. The food was also overly spicy and just plain bad. It seems like something needs to change at this establishment. I would not risk dining in and having a similar expe...
Disorganised place . We visited Ice and Spice fior the first time and we booked a buffet. We had to wait 45 mins to get the starters cause they were busy packing delivery orders. The biryani was tasteless and guess what the paneer was gone off. The chicken in the curry was so hard that you could barely eat it. For dessert they kept tesco fudge chocolate cake. RIDICULOUS!!!! We will never visit this place again.
Take out. Biryani was tasteless and poorly made. The rice was overcooked. Chicken dry. Overall waste of money. Total let down. I've also dined at this restaurant, food was terrible back then also. Gave it another shot and again disappointed. Dont bother.

I ordered takeout from this restaurant. The food was poorly cooked with no flavor and too much chili. The paneer and mogo dishes were bland. It made me realize how much better places like Blue Ginger and Regency are. I rarely give one-star reviews.
Traveled to London from the USA, the food was excellent, the service was great and welcoming! The food is very authentic, I have a close friend from India and the food here was very comparable to the food his parents make for us at home.
Terrible food and hygiene.. just went to washroom after lunch and could see the kitchen and the food prep from there and almost threw up.. disgusting and not sure how they passed any food safety checks..NEVER AGAIN..
I ordered two curries and was extremely disappointed with the portion size. I will never order from this restaurant again. The curries were lacking in substance and quantity.

Saw the reviews so was quite hesitant but the food was way above par and authentic taste , 10/10 , they also deliver working 3/4 mile radius so that’s a bonus .
Wings to die for! Great fun casual place. Yummy mixed grill and fried fish. Accommodating staff. Daal makhni also very good.
