The boss is very friendly when she is in front of respectful customers who do not think that being a client gives the right to be contemptuous with the staff! for me, I am smiling, friendly, patient when there are many people so naturally the boss and the staff are so with me! The hangover ... it's done! for my visit tonight ... we arrived at almost 22:00 without having booked with a friend.The waiter found me a table on the terrace (terrace almost full) and we had to order quickly. 10 min to have our first order (command at will for less than 22€/person) ! makis, sushi, yakitori, nems, tempura, noodles .etc ... we wer...
a almost perfect lunch where we were able to taste and enjoy sushi, makis, salads and skewers in a nice setting. Add a careful server that feels at the service of its customers, and you will know that the place is worth the visit...and revisits! It's not unpleasant to some, unfortunately we didn't let ourselves influence with some incendiary comments and we had the right idea to follow the advice of a familiar friend of the ichiban.
The boss's attitude is unacceptable. We were 2 and there were plenty of tables but he refused to welcome us. After some time waiting, we had to get out with an unwanted table. The worst part is that the boss looked like she didn't want to trade with us, her clients. He delivered the dishes without any word even if it was too long to wait, without a look, and place the dishes quite violently. I'm not recommending at all!
we're going from tps to ichiban especially to please our friends. Big fan of Japanese food, we don't find ourselves there.
