Ichiban Sushi Asian Grill

I ordered on Doordash 4 of their small rolls and they were all pretty good except for the shrimp tempura, all I could taste was the rice. My problem was that I ordered the salad on the side and this is what I got (see picture), when I picked up the containers I thought they were empty from how light they were. The other day I asked for me miso soup and they filled up the cups all the way, I don’t see why they wouldn’t do the same with the salad which, by the way, was pretty bad and I didn’t eat. The place seems to have pretty good reviews and 3 out of 4 rolls were good today, and they other day my rolls were good as well, maybe I just got back luck today. For next time I just won’t get anything with shrimp tempura or will ever ask for the salad again. The total cost for 4 small rolls (8 pieces each), plus 2 small sides (soup or salad) was 17.35$. I think it’s pretty good value if you are craving a simple sushi roll. I haven’t tried their other stuff yet.

A surprisingly good cheaper option for sushi. We went on a sunday for lunch and were seated promptly. The restaurant began to fill up as we were there. Service was very good. They were friendly, attentive, and quick! The restaurant is actually a really beautiful space with a variety of seating options. It seemed very clean. The menu is rather gimmicky. The sushi is priced at 1/2 off...permanently. Obviously this is a marketing trick but it worked well since I knew about it before visiting. It would be entirely possible to get a full meal off the cheaper sushi for $10. We opted for some of the cheap rolls and some of the fancier ones. One of the deep-fried rolls was incredible. The dessert roll we tried was also excellent. The cheap rolls were basic but still good. This would be a great option for families who want to try sushi but don't want to dole out the big bucks for higher end ingredients.

New building is wonderful and clean. Great Sushi! 50% off all the time. My husband and I got 3 rolls including a Vegas roll to share and two egg drop soups and it only came out to $14, but tasted so good. Update: Snow Crab Naruto Roll is now my favorite . Not 50% off, but so worth it.

Good sushi for the area! Ambiance is neat, and it is pretty good service for how popular they are. Ichiban is quick and good sushi. But in my opinion Tsunami is a better option for cheaper price, and if you want a bit better quality with better ambiance then Sapa is the move.

All 7 rolls we ordered were a hit, only downside is that they put the almost all the rolls in one tin. We had no idea which roll belonged to whom.
