always the best Japanese restaurant for me! besides a small change in the quality and taste of ginger. Maybe it's just a little detail but for me who doesn't like ginger, I ate it in quantity here before. I allowed myself to talk to the chief who confirmed that he had changed a lot of suppliers for his ginger. We had told him not to change anything;-) it will not prevent me from coming back without moderation!
