very good salmon/avocado chirashi. tender and thick salmon, perfect avocado, well-made vinegared sticky rice and much tastier than the competition. and this good rediscovered tradition of offering miso soup and coleslaw with it. certainly a little expensive, but authentic served with soup and salad so : I have also tried the chirashi with 3 raw fish since and a treat too, just like the sushi. Be careful, the quality has declined in 2024, especially the bland and soft vinegared rice. Take back your previous rice. That the quantities are decreasing like everywhere is one thing but not low cost ingredients!!
