Definitely the worst food place ever. All the workers are extremely unprofessional rude and act like they are illiterate. They do not know how treat or talk to people. I’m pretty sure they are serving bad food or doing something really unhygienic behind the scenes because one day later I got extremely sick. Started throwing up. My comment isn’t the only one where people are getting sick. Please read other comments as well. Everything tasted fake af. Matcha ice cream pure up tasted like sugar candy. Please DO NOT GO or you will get ripped off and get sick.No matter how much amount of money you spend, they will not give a free low quality plastic spoon without additionally charging you 25 cent...

What a disappointing experience on all levels: the quality of the food and the customer service. First of all when we ordered, we wanted to modify the ice cream flavor for our waffle from chocolate to vanilla and they said it would require 2 to change the flavor which seems really unreasonable. Secondly, for each additional plastic fork they charged .25. When it came to the actual food we ended up ordering a Nutella crepe and it was inedible. The crepe was hard to chew and not flavorful. Also, the interior of the restaurant felt dirty and did not get a welcoming feeling. I’ve been to many dessert places in the area and this was the worst I’ve had. Not worth your money.

Are you a fan of being disappointed? Then you've come to the right place. They have a sign that allows service dogs but when confronted about bringing in my service animal, they said I couldn't. My first red flag, then I wanted to order some rolled ice cream but didn't want a topping on it, they refused to remove the topping stating they cannot do that because it's how it's made, even tho they make it in front of you and you can see them adding the toppings, what if I had a allergy to the topping??? Overall the place looked good but I was so off put with the service and reply that it just didn't make sense.

Called VA food inspection authorities to inspect this place. Got sick after trying their extra sugary rotten dessert with crepe. They definitely expired. The attitude of workers there is mind-boggling. Always angry and asking 50 cents for plastic spoons and plates. 1 star for decoration only. Please don't go there and waste money. To Manger there: please fix attitude and retton quality of your food if you want to last this business long. Watch Gordon Ramsey's restaurant review to improve yours before it's gone. Rude and unprofessional staff. Why would they even open doors at a certain hour that they’re supped to be opened by. I waited 15-20min past the opening time in the car and once I walked in; they tell me “they’re not open”, and to wait outside because it’s only “one” person there at that time.Better training is needed on how to approach/talk to clients. Gave it two chances two different times and in both the same person failed.

Lovely place!!! There is no way that people leave bad reviews at this place. Food looks exactly as menu pictures, staff is really friendly and price it’s fair enough than their competitive’s. If we talking about atmosphere this place have a really good looking and it’s pretty clean.

As for the food versus the pictures on the menu, that also earns 2 stars. My friends ordered a crepe with strawberries and bananas, and they wanted macarons (which were out of stock) and butterfly pea tea (which they also didn’t have). Overall, this place is only mediocre at best.

Boba is really nice but last we came the trash was overflowing, they forgot one of our drinks, the menus smelled like they hadn't been cleaned and after our drinks were made the employee was talking loudly on his phone at the front of the store. Reserva una mesa ahora

I also tried a crepe, which was decent but nothing special. The atmosphere was cute, but there was an off-putting smell, like an overly sweet scent that made me feel uneasy. I usually enjoy sweet treats, but this was just too much.

I believe the interior design has changed significantly since the restaurant first opened. There have been so many alterations that it no longer has the same aesthetic appeal.
