Completely unsatisfied, I called a day in advance and asked about laser tag. I told them i would show up at 3pm and would my children and I be able to play laser tag. I was told there was a party and i might have to wait 10 or 15 minutes to play when i got there. We drove an hour there the next day arriving at 3 to be told we couldn't play, due to the party, until 6pm. The teenager behind the counter was totally apathetic to wasting my time and dismissive. We left and went to dinner and came back at 6pm and WAS AGAIN told they just booked people in and would have to wait another half hour, and again staff was apathetic and dismissive. The staff should be deeply embarrassed. A family attempted to bring in a small cake to celebrate a young girl's birthday, only to be told that outside food wasn't allowed. An hour later, another family entered with their own cake and dishes, eating the cake right in front of the birthday girl. I was appalled to witness this. It's completely unacceptable and wrong on so many levels. I highly recommend avoiding this place—there are many other venues in NEPA where you can enjoy similar activities. A side note: the family that was denied entrance for their cake appeared to spend hundreds on food, while the family that brought their cake didn't purchase anything. We visited in the middle of the day and found the place to be completely empty. It felt a bit too dark inside. I'd consider going back, but I think they should brighten it up a little. I also noticed that many of their bowling balls didn’t fit my fingers. They had heavier options, like 9 and 10 lb balls, but unfortunately, all of them were too small for my grip. Good-sized arcade and the bowling looked fun. Disorganized, though. A lot of staff moving throughout the space and no one there where you need them (ex, the prize counter). Laser tag is really only available for those who booked a party, so it’s best not to try to play without a booking (even if you call in advance to confirm that you don’t need a reservation).

Used to be fun until the non smoking facility is apparently ok with people vaping what ever they want inside the building . It smells horrible... . A non smoking facility should in fact mean . no smoking or vaping in the building.

Main issue with this alley is the house balls. Not a wide selection both of us had to use uncomfortable (heavier than needed for larger holes) balls which doesn't happen at other lanes.Arcade and prize area are very nice.

I visited for a birthday party and had a fantastic time. The food was great, and the arcade was enjoyable. The laser tag experience was the best I've had in a long time. I would highly recommend this place! Reserva una mesa ahora

I had an absolute blast—there's so much to enjoy and plenty of activities! And best of all, it's the home of Poor Richard's!!!

My daughter and I love going there to play games, but the highlight for us is definitely laser tag.
