We had made a reservation for 15 people at 7 PM to celebrate a friend's birthday. We arrived right on time and were seated immediately. We placed our orders for food and drinks at 7:05 PM, and while we received our drinks by 7:10 PM, we were still waiting for our food. By 7:30 PM, we asked our waiter for an update, and he informed us that our meals would take another 20 minutes. We noticed that two tables seated after us had already ordered and received their food within 10 minutes. Assuming the delay was due to the size of our party, we decided to wait a little longer. However, by 8:00 PM, we could see that the two tables behind us were almost finished eating while we still hadn't receive...

This Filipino restaurant is a gem.The food is great. Each plate came with rice. Or sub garlic rice for extra.Lechon sisig was great. Wish it came with more peppers. Served on a sizzling plate as per usual.Fried tilapia was on point. Perfectly fried. Eat all the bones too.Pork bbq skewers are hella good. 4 dollars a pop but their pretty big.The ampalaya is ampalaya. You love it or hate it. I thought that maybe after 10 years of not having it, that I’d like it. But it’s still a no from me dawg. For those unaware, this is a bitter melon dish. It’s name is suggestive of its flavor profile. The shrimp was good as was the sauce.Grilled Bangus was nice. Small portion. Came with grilled eggplant whi...

Came here on a Saturday morning. Only one table was being served. We ordered our food and two more tables were filled by people. Everyone else got their food except us. The two tables who came after us got their food and still we did not get ours. When the food finally came, it was cold. One of the tea cups they gave us had stains on it. One of the water had a black spec floating on top. Got breakfast and the egg was cold and hard as well as the rest of the food. There are many Filipino restaurants in the area and this will not be on my list to go to anymore. Seems like the quality has gone down. The staff was friendly, but what happened to the quality and cleanliness? They even added 18% gra...

I visited this restaurant for a birthday party and was quite disappointed. It took an hour and a half for our food to arrive, and when it finally did, it was served cold. There were only a few tables occupied, yet two tables that were seated after us received their kamayan meals before we did. We also had to ask the waiter three times for water. With a party of 15, I expected much better service. We ordered the kamayan for both eight and six people, but the experience was really underwhelming. Reserva una mesa ahora

They prepared a wonderful BoodleFeast for us and I can't say enough about the pure customer service and attention to detail that the staff provided for my team. They helped make a very special birthday celebration for our boss an amazing event. The food was great and packed well for it to be transported. We can't thank them enough to preparing such a large order with precision. Definitely consider Ihawan for your next event!!

The food here is absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. I took my Filipino mom to this restaurant during her visit to New York, and she claimed it was the best Filipino restaurant she's tried in the city. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and generous. I will definitely return and bring my friends along!

My group went here for the kamayan, which was amazing! The food is tasty with very generous portions, and the prices aren't too bad. Our party enjoyed the kamayan and thought the food was delicious! This is a really great spot that I plan to revisit in the future. Check out my full review on Yelp!

Went with a group of 12, and luckily, they had seating. Prices are decent, good selection is varied, and the place is small, yet quaint. We ordered 2 platters, and it was amazing. It was my first time having Filipino food, and everything tasted great! I'd love to eat here again! Reserva una mesa ahora
