Ihop - Reservar una mesa

Went to dinner here with friends on Christmas day 2021. We had the assistant manager waiting on us. There was a wait, but there were signs clearly posted saying they were short staffed so we didn't mind. Our server was very kind, fast, funny and patient. Several other diners caused a scene due to wait times or lack of menu items. Yelling and almost berating her. She handled it so well. Working the entire section alone. We've worked food and customer service so we know how difficult what she was doing was. I only wish I had asked her name. Ihop has a gem working for her. We are almost able to give her a 100% tip combined but was a little short. I hope her baby girl knows how hard her mama wor...

Came through the door to see a sign excused for slow orders from the kitchen due to short staff. We were not in a hurry, so we set ourselves and our order. In a few minutes our food seemed to be there. Eating was hot and enjoyed it, our waitress Jill was fantastic. Good job for being pretty busy.

That was an incentive for the visit. I had the lemon Ricotta and the blueberry crepe that was amazing, and the burger of my husband was great enough for two meals. The kids were happy and we were too.

Everything was very good. Besides the advertised fresh blueberries were frozen and tasted not good. Everything else was very good. Service was also good.

We went for a late breakfast and it was delicious The staff was friendly and our orders came quickly and correct. I will definitely go back again.
