We visited the restaurant yesterday and were seated immediately, with our server taking our order as soon as we were ready. I have to say, our server was fantastic. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was less than ideal. We ended up waiting 45 minutes for our food, while the family seated next to us received their meals at least 15 minutes earlier. We had a tight schedule due to an appointment, so our food arrived just as we needed to leave, forcing us to box up half of our meals. Overall, it was a very stressful experience. I've visited this restaurant several times, and I've always been impressed with the food and service! On my last visit, I tried the Big Brunch Burger, which was delicious and satisfying. The servers are not only attentive but also well-presented. However, there is a significant drawback to this place: its size. It’s quite cramped. No matter if you're seated at a table for 8, 4, or even just 2 people, you still feel a bit overcrowded. Unfortunately, that's just the way it is.
We came here as my 7 year olds birthday request. Our server was TERRIBLE she avoided us at all only spoke to the tables around us! I had asked her for creamer and she just threw it down on the table with out me noticing she came to us ONCE but never bothered to check in and see if we needed anything it ruined mine and my families morning for sure!!! My husband had finally had enough and got the manager all he said was he would talk to her later she seemed racist.
I visited this morning at 8:30, and the service from all the staff was exceptional! They had a fantastic attitude and worked well together. I'm quite particular about my food since I'm a good cook myself, so I found the food to be average, but I suppose that's typical for a national chain. Overall, the staff were outstanding!

I went there this morning from bringing a friend to the eye Dr. and from there went IHOP ,we both order from children's menu,just the portions . The waiter was a fine gentleman. We always stop at IHOP when we're in the neighborhood. What ever do don't change or move from that spot.
This is the smallest most cramped IHOP I've ever been to. I feel sorry for the workers who have to walk around and serve people. The food was the same as any other IHOP and the waitresses were good at their job. It was just way too tight.
The food was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. It was a bit too crowded for my liking when dining out, but I still had a great time and enjoyed the meal. I would definitely recommend eating there!
It was busy but they got us in quick. The food wasn't terrible and they got it out to us very quickly. The servers were nice and friendly. However, there lemonade was very watery and they got my meal wrong.

I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant for the first time, and I was thoroughly impressed. The food was truly delicious, and the service was very courteous. I highly recommend it!
The food and catering were excellent! The restaurant was small and cozy, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
