Came to ihop Sunday 3/13/22 and today Wednesday 3/16/22 had the same server (kelsey) on Sunday she totally messed up my friends and I order she didn't write our orders below so why she probably got wrong, we asked for salsa 3 times tonight and both servers there basically ignored us, after a We finally asked ourselves because we have already asked too much time. You thought they would? ve has now told us about the other sever our server would be with us shortly. my friend ordered the classic Burrito with avocado (for extra price she paid for tonight and Sunday night), which she did not on the Burrito both nights. my man and I visited the IHOP site on jog forest hill blvd. we were greeted at the entrance and the restaurant was well lit with natural lighting. by my special diet, I eat not processed meat. I was able to demand 2 eggs and has brown with a side fish. my waitress was kind and informed me that she would. my table was near the waiter station, which is louder and strongly negotiated. so if they are looking for a private sphere other seating. I think this ihop has a better toilet room, was cleaner and this did not have the overwhelming smell of mold like the ihop at the lake worth rd and military. Therefore, I recommend in comparison to the two IHOP locations ihop by jog forest hill blvd.
We ordered breakfast to go and got home to realize we didn?t get our potatoes we ordered on the side. There was a waitress at the counter when I went back but completely ignored me and never acknowledged me. Finally another waitress came over and finally acknowledged me and pretty much placed it on the fly. Just really disappointed with how everyone else avoided eye contact and didn?t want to deal with me. Thank you to the young lady with short brown hair for actually helping.
Ash was GREAT! Very polite and attentive while working hard all at the same time. Came here with my daughter after our usual place was to long of a wait. Ashley provided a old fashioned level of hospitality that you just don 't see anymore (especially at chain restaurants). She deserves a raise and/or promotion. I've lived in the area for a really long time. I visit this location every week with my family, we had an amazing waitress Samantha. She was quick and prompt with our order and great with my kids. The food came out spot on and the service from the staff was excellent.. We all had an amazing time and highly recommend this IHOP
